FAQ – Digital Creator Membership

Q: How do I start posting once I purchase a membership?
A: After you purchase your plan for the month, you’ll receive instructions on how to join our private Facebook group (if you’re not already a member). Once approved, you can begin posting according to the limits of your plan. Plans last for 30 days from purchase; you’ll need to repurchase the plan each month to maintain posting privileges.


Q: How many posts can I make?
A: It depends on your membership plan:

  • Basic Visibility – $10/month: 1 post per week (4–5 per month)

  • Active Seller – $50/month: Up to 5 posts per week (20–25 per month)

  • Daily Spotlight – $60/month: 1 post every day (30+ per month)


Q: Is this a subscription plan?
A: Not at this time. You will need to repurchase your plan each month to keep your posting privileges active.


Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
A: Upgrades or downgrades take effect the following month. If you want to upgrade during your current month, email us at lottiedotties.customerservice@gmail.com to pay the additional upgrade amount. Plans cannot be downgraded in the middle of the month.


Q: How will customers purchase my products?
A: You may not post links to your own website or online shop. All sales must be invoiced directly to customers through PayPal or Venmo. You are responsible for handling your own invoicing and product delivery.


Q: Are there any commission fees on my sales?
A: No! You keep 100% of your profits from any sales you make. We only charge the flat monthly fee for posting access.


Q: Do I have to upload my products to your website?
A: No — you’ll create your own posts (graphics + PayPal/Venmo invoicing instructions) and post directly in our Facebook group.


Q: Are there rules for my images?
A: Yes. All items posted must be watermarked generically without your personal business logo. This protects your work and maintains a consistent appearance within the group.


Q: How long does my membership last?
A: Each membership lasts one month from purchase. You will need to repurchase each month to maintain your posting privileges.


Q: What happens if I don’t send designs promptly or act against the group’s rules?
A: You are required to send your designs in a timely manner (within 24–48 hours of payment received from customers). Any scammy, unethical, or rule-breaking behavior may result in removal from the group and loss of posting privileges. No refunds will be issued if you are removed for these reasons.


Q: Is there a limit to how many designers can sign up?
A: Not at this time. We’re opening the opportunity to all designers who want to promote their products to our community.
