MAKE SURE TO LEAVE DETAILS ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE WITH YOUR TEAM NAME AND COLORS AND ANY OTHER DETAILS REQUIRED. IF I HAVE TO TAKE THE TIME TO EMAIL YOU FOR THE DETAILS IT WILL TAKE LONGER TO COMPLETE YOUR CUSTOM. YOUR TURN AROUND TIME BEGINS WHEN I HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION 

BE SPECIFIC! If the details aren't there I will use creative freedom to make the design look the best that I can with the information given. If you do not leave the information and want a change after the design has already been sent to you there will be a fee you will need to pay for the edit. 

Turn around time is usually 1-2 days but can be up to 7 days depending on how busy I am. But I will get them done as quickly as I possibly can.  These times do not include weekends or holidays. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in this time frame before reaching out. 

Your design is NOT exclusive to you. I will resale designs unless we discuss before hand and there will be a large price mark up if you want the design to not be sold to anyone else and some designs this will not be an option.
